I’ve had a really productive and positive day. I was asleep by 10 pm last night, and I think it’s made a big difference to my energy levels and my mood. I feel relaxed and calm. Not only is it the extra sleep, but it’s the weather. I’m always more productive in autumn and winter….

Dreaming I am on my way to Springtown. I’m in the water, which is a beautiful shade of blue. It is a warm summer’s day; there is a good feeling everywhere, and people are laughing and having fun.
