It’s been two months since we left our old life and moved into our new home. It was absolutely the right decision, and we’re all much happier. Tom has surprised me and gone back to who he used to be. He’s proving to be a good dad to Annie and to my other children, and is spending loads of quality time with them all.

He has Annie every Saturday during the day and offers to have her more if I need it, even if I just want a break. The days she doesn’t go to him, he comes here to see the children.

He agrees that it was the right decision for me to move out and was the best thing all round. We’ve both agreed to always do whatever is best for the children, together, as much as possible. The children are secure and happy knowing that we’re both still here for them.
